Update to MedRIC Data Request Form for Partners

CMS recently changed its policy for requesting Medicare Assessment data from by-variable justifications to file-level justifications. As a result, we have revised the MedRIC Data Request Form for Study Partners to reflect this new file-level request process. To request these data types in the future, access the File-Level Request tab, select one or more Medicare Assessment data files, and provide a justification for utilizing all available variables in that file.
